Support for the work a home needs
Coordination may involve plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC service, exterior repairs, painting, roofing, gutters, doors and windows, fencing, drainage, landscaping, carpentry, general maintenance, or larger home improvements.
The appropriate professional performs the work. Sky’s role and level of involvement are defined for each project; a listed category is not a promise that Sky performs that trade directly.
Construction knowledge in service of your home
Understanding how a home is assembled helps us ask useful questions about deterioration, repair approaches, sequencing, and the limits of an estimate. We use that knowledge to support informed homeowner decisions—not to turn every concern into a construction project.
Vendor accountability means clear scopes, documented expectations, communication, and follow-up. It does not replace a contractor’s responsibilities, specialist testing, required inspections, or the terms of a vendor warranty.
